1．4月5日に契約を解除したQuobuz USから4月7日付けで、セゾンAMEXカードに2重課金が不正請求されている。
2．4月5日に旧e-onkyoから引き継いだQobuz JPにて、年契約のサブスクリプトを契約した。
3．4月5日から現在に至るまでQobuz JPにログインして、streaming musicを聴いています。
4．4月5日にQobuz JPに契約して課金が発生したはずが、引き落とされるANA VISA cardに請求がされてない。
5．Qobuz JPのホームページ上にはカスタマーセンターと連絡を取る手段がない。AIへの質問が唯一の手段で、日本語で不具合の内容を入力したが回答が幼稚園レベルで諦めた。
6．仕方がなくQobuz USにログインして、AIに英語でのやり取りを実施した。こちらのAI systemは中学生レベルの知能があり、何とか不具合の内容が伝わった。
7．日本では金曜の夕方でUSでは朝なのに、専門部署に担当者居ないので対応が出来ない。月曜日には在籍するので、不具合内容は伝えておきますからそれまで待ってくださいの回答で終わった。
